COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Chicago Pneumatic C700AP1V112 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Comau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Comau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Comau such as the 10906880 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10127560 manufactured by Comau and we are pleased to be able to service most Comau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DMR74XMAX by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cincinnati Brand SQBI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cincinnati such as 35314350A equipment made by Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cincinnati" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DM8500 made by Cognex as well as the popular 16040001 original spares produced by Cincinnati Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FT50640AK011Z by Cincinnati and 35314350A spares by Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ECSDA004C4B551 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cloos. |
